While the bands are very nice, I think they should have directions included on how to adjust the length of the band. They include a plastic contraption put there are NO instructions what so ever.
There should be a QR code on the package of your watch band where you can open up instructions from your iPhone camera but if you already discarded that packaging, you can go directly to our intructions below:

First impression is good. Fits perfectly on my wrist. Not too loose or tight. My only concern is it needs to be stretched out to fit over hand. Will it maintain its size or possibly break. Time will tell.

Thank you for your feedback! After a couple of wears, just like most watch bands, shoes, etc, they will break in and become even softer. There's also an adjustable buckle, so be sure to tighten it so that it sits your wrists more evenly and smoothly. These bands will fit very small wrists as well so it should be no problem. I personally wear this band and it is my go to every day band including exercise.

I really like the grey buckle watch. It’s very comfortable, pretty easy to adjust. I think it’s very stylish and can be dressed up or down.

I love the strap, took me a few days to figure out how to open and close the darn thing. Also it doesn’t fit any of my fancy watch cases so I can only wear it by itself but it looks pretty like too

However, if you still need to make adjustments to your band, you can use any tiny pin tool to remove the links for this specific band i.e you can use the sim card tool from your smartphone. The pins on these bands are spring loaded, so just push the pin in slightly then slide the link out.
