Anhem Sustainable Lifetime Warranty

We design Anhem products to be worn daily and built to last. Our Sustainable Lifetime Warranty reflects that commitment — offering long‑term support while remaining fair, responsible, and environmentally conscious.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Examples include:

  • Structural defects in metal components

  • Faulty clasps or closures due to workmanship

  • Premature failure of finishes under normal use

If a covered issue occurs, Anhem may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the defective component

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item

Replacement Limits by Product Type

To keep our Lifetime Warranty sustainable and aligned with real‑world use, replacement limits vary by product category:

  • Sport / Non-Link Bands: Eligible for two (2) lifetime warranty replacement
    Sport bands are designed for active, everyday use and are naturally subject to higher levels of stretching, sweat exposure, and friction over time.

  • Link Bands: Eligible for up to three (3) lifetime warranty replacements
    Link bands are constructed from metal components with lower wear rates, allowing for extended long‑term support.

This allows us to offer long‑term support without encouraging waste or misuse.

Shipping & Handling for Warranty Replacements

All approved warranty replacements are subject to a flat $6.99 shipping & handling fee per replacement to cover processing and delivery costs.

What’s Not Covered

To ensure fairness and longevity of this program, the following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, patina, stretching, finish fading)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, or improper installation

  • Plastic adapters or connectors subject to regular stress

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Discontinued products

Free Resizing Support

Link bands include free resizing assistance to ensure proper fit and comfort. Fit‑related adjustments resolved through resizing are not considered warranty claims.

Sustainable Support Options

If an issue falls outside warranty coverage, we’re still here to help. When possible, we offer:

  • Low‑cost replacement parts

  • Repair or component replacement options

  • Courtesy solutions at our discretion

Our goal is to extend the life of every Anhem product — not replace it unnecessarily.

We typically review claims and respond within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to deny any claim we believe to be fraudulent.
