THE BASIC COVERAGE:
Anhem products are warranted against defects from manufacturing, materials, & workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers a 1-time replacement for the same product.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Anhem will not cover defects relating to product servicing not performed by Anhem.
- Anhem will not cover defects due to improper or unreasonable use or maintenance which includes but not limited to: failure to follow operating instructions; accidents; tampering; altering; etc.
- Anhem will not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, which include but are not limited to: cosmetic damages (scratches and dents) unless failure has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
- ANHEM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES in connection with the use of any Anhem product, including (but not limited to) device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential, damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
If a manufacturing defect has occurred in any Anhem product, and a valid warranty claim is received within the (1) warranty period, Anhem, at its sole discretion will: (1) Repair or replace the defective part(s) with new or refurbished parts; (2) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product (a product that has been restored back to its original specifications to be "like new"); or (3) Replace the product with another product that is of the same or similar style and price (applicable to out of stock and/or discontinued products). Replacements with the same color is not guaranteed. Replacement or repaired Products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.
FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Warranty claims must be filed by the customer within the (1) year warranty period. We may ask you to send us a photograph of your Product (defect) to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may ask that you return the product to Anhem for inspection and/or repair. Anhem reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee when evaluating and fulfilling any warranty claims.
