We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. If your order is under $50, shipping will be a flat rate of $3.99 regardless of the size and weight of your order.
Most orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days of purchase and delivered within 3 business days. However, sometimes there are delays due to outside circumstances or during peak holiday seasons that we cannot help. Although rare, orders during this time may take up to 5 days to ship though most delayed orders will only require 1-2 extra days for shipping. If it takes any longer than that, we will do our best to contact you and keep you updated as to when your order will be shipping out. Any delays due to carrier issues, manufacturing issues, weather, etc will be completely out of our hands. Rest assured we do our best (even during peak seasons) to have all orders shipped out within 3 days.
All orders will be provided a tracking number for your convenience. Please be aware that tracking information can take up to 1-3 days for tracking to be available. All orders are treated with the utmost detail and urgency in assuring the quickest delivery possible.
If for any reason you believe there may be a error with the information you provided for your order (i.e. typos, wrong zip code, etc) we will do the best of our ability to have this resolved in ensuring your order is delivered to the correct destination. We are not responsible for any products lost due to shipping information that was provided incorrectly. We are also not responsible for any incorrect products sent due to customer error at the time of order placement. Please contact us right away to have your order/shipping information corrected before your order is shipped.
Most products are shipped from our Southern California location, as well as from our New Jersey location. On rare occasions, we may ship from our manufacturer over seas. Most items will be delivered within 3-5 days business days from the shipping date unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak Holiday seasons. Some items may require extra delivery time but will usually take no longer than 20 days during peak season. Should your order be late, and we determine your order to be lost, a full refund will be issued. In the instance there is a delay in your delivery time, we will contact you to update you with any information or options that we can provide.
