Return Policy:


You have 45 days from your order date to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Otherwise, your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Labels:

  • Store Credit: Free prepaid label provided.
  • Exchanges: Free prepaid label provided. Replacement shipped for $5.99, includes tracking.
  • Refunds: Label fee $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit Bonus:
If the exchanged item is out of stock, request a free store credit return + $1.99 bonus to use later.

Exchanges

  • Free label provided. Replacement shipped for $6.99, includes tracking.
  • Exchange multiple items? Submit a separate request for each item, but you can return together.

Refunds

  • Return label cost $6.99 deducted from refund.
  • Refund processed within 1 week after receipt (may take longer during holidays), with bank processing 1–7 additional business days.

Defective Items

Covered by our limited lifetime warranty. Contact support with a photo and description for a free exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Includes mystery boxes, link adjustment services, adjustment tools, some limited-time sales, and international orders outside the USA.

Important Notes

  • Carefully package returns — Anhem is not responsible for damages or missing items.
  • Once your exchange or warranty is processed, items are no longer eligible for a refund.
