You have 45 days from your delivery date to return your order for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. The returning item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition (and in its original retail packaging) or it may be subject to rejection or a restocking fee. Return requests outside of the 45 day return window will not be approved.
REQUESTS FOR STORE CREDITS: You will be sent a free shipping label on us! Once your return is received here, we will issue you store credit in the form of an electric gift card.
REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGES: You will return the item(s) back to us using your own preferred shipping method. We recommend shipping them back with tracking, as we are not liable for lost packages with no attached tracking. Once it is received, we will arrange to ship your new item(s) back out to you for free with no tracking by default. You may request to add tracking for $4.49 in the notes section when you submit your request below.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS: You will receive a return shipping label. The price of the label will be deducted from your total refund amount. Once it is received, your refund will take 1 working week to process (longer during holidays and/or peak season).
Please allow your bank an additional 1-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your banking statement, though it normally is reflected within 24 hours.
Our products are backed by our 12-month limited warranty and are eligible for a free exchange or store credit from the date of purchase. If your item(s) are found to be defective within 45 days, you may proceed to request a free return for free exchange or store credit. If it is outside 45 days of delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. A photo and description of the defect will be required for approval. We may also offer alternative solutions in the case that some part(s) are fixable and/or replaceable.
A return authorization number will be provided to you once your request is approved. Please attach this RMA number on the outside of your package for faster processing. Returns sent back without an approved return request/RMA number will be rejected.
- It is the buyers responsibility to package the return item(s) with care. We are not responsible for any damages and/or missing item(s) due to poor packaging. If your item(s) are returned damaged or missing, you may not receive your full refund value, or your exchange request may be rejected.
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
