You can have your watch band shipped to you already adjusted to fit your wrist.  You simply tell us your wrist size and we will adjust your watch band accordingly for you.

  • This service will adjust your watch band size and may require an additional 1-2 business days to process.
  • This service will be applied to all adjustable watch bands in the order! If you only need one band to be adjusted, please email us and we'll adjust your order accordingly.
  • This service is currently only for link removal only. To add additional links, please contact our customer service directly at team@anhem.tech.
  • Please measure your wrist and allow at least 1-2 finger gaps or more in your measurements to ensure that the watch band is not too tight.  It is always best to have a little wiggle room. 

Note: We will remove as many links as possible to fit your measurements as some bands allow for more links to be removed than others. 

There will be an tiny engraving around the heart rate sensor located on the back of your watch which will tell you which model and case size you have. 

Alternatively, you can go into your iPhone watch app and click on "All Watches" on the top left corner to see your Apple Watch case size.

Great service! My watch band came perfectly adjusted for my wrist. Would recommend using this service instead of hassling with taking out links yourself. (Unless you are good at that sort of thing).

Resizing product not received.

Hi! We double checked your order and it looks like you ordered our resizing service which we pre-sized your band prior to shipment. However, if you still need to make adjustments to your band, you can use any tiny pin tool to remove the links for this specific band i.e you can use the sim card tool from your smartphone. The pins on these bands are spring loaded, so just push the pin in slightly then slide the link out.

Very happy with your products and service!! Unfortunately due to a possible 2 week delay I did not use that service. You gave me a choice of waiting or having my band sent on to me. I choose to have it sent to me. I asked about the refund of the service charge ($5.99), which your policy stated no refund, but your company did refund the cost and I thank you very much. I love the look and feel of my new Apple Watch band. It’s good quality. I did take it to a watch store to have it sized since the pins also have collars (2 pieces for each pin). I was able to figure this out myself and added a link but needed another one added to the other side and didn’t want to mess it up. I purchased the sizing package at Anhem but it came just a bit too small (probably my fault for not getting my measurements right). This is a nice service they offer. I’ve only had it a week and plan on swimming and exercising with it. I’d definitely buy another one.

They worked with me from start to finish. Note: if you have them shorten your band measure it good. I thought I did and had to have links put back in.

It was a pleasure helping you. For future reference, it is always best to measure with 1 or 2 extra finger gaps when measuring your wrist. I love the band and the adjustment was perfect. I got the smallest size. It is snug but not tight.
