We proudly ship all orders from Southern California, USA.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $45 within the US & Canada. If your order is under $45, shipping will be a flat rate of $4.49 regardless of the size and weight of your order. We also offer expedited 1 Day shipping calculated at check-out for more urgent orders. For all other countries, USPS First Class International shipping services will be used.
Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 business days of purchase and delivered within 1-3 business days of being shipped out depending on your chosen shipping method. However, sometimes there are delays due to outside circumstances or during peak holiday seasons that we cannot help. Although rare, orders during this time may take up an extra 1-2 days for shipping. If it takes any longer than that, we will do our best to contact you and keep you updated as to when your order will be shipping out. Average delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of purchase to delivery.
All orders will be provided a tracking number for your convenience. Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 24 hrs for tracking to be available. All orders are treated with the utmost detail and urgency in assuring the quickest delivery possible.
If for any reason you believe there may be a error with the information you provided for your order (i.e. typos, wrong zip code, etc) we will do the best of our ability to have this resolved in ensuring your order is delivered to the correct destination. We are not responsible for any products lost due to shipping information that was provided incorrectly. We are also not responsible for any incorrect products sent due to customer error at the time of order placement. Please contact us right away to have your order/shipping information corrected before your order is shipped.
Most products are shipped from our Southern California location, as well as from our New Jersey location. On rare occasions, we may ship directly from our manufacturer over seas to keep up with demand. Most items will be delivered within 4-7 days business days from the shipping date unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak Holiday seasons. Should your order be lost, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped out. In the instance there is a delay in your delivery time, we will contact you to update you with any information or options that we can provide. Keep in mind, that delivery times are only estimates, and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Duties
Customers living outside of the United States may incur additional charges when the package arrives at the destination country. You may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties that may be required by your country.
Anhem has no control over customs and other local taxes and we aren't able to tell you exactly how much you will be charged as these taxes widely vary dependent on each individual country.
Keep in mind that in most cases custom fees will not apply, but when they do, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees.
