Installation:

1. Turn off your watch
2. Wet wipe the screen to remove dust, dirt, & grime
3. Dry wipe the screen to remove excess moisture
4. Use sticker to remove any leftover dust or lint
5. Peel off the backing of the protector & carefully align the glass
6. On one end of the watch, firmly press the edge to seal the glass and slowly press your way down to the other side, being sure to press out any bubbles along the way.
7. Turn on your watch

**Not intended for swimming**

The easiest way is to simply turn your Apple Watch over and look on the back.  There will be an engraving around the heart rate sensor which will tell you which model and size you have. 

If you can't read the engraving because it is damaged, scuffed, faded, then you can go into your iPhone watch app and go to Settings  → General → About →Model.  Then you can simply do a Google search and your model should show up.
