What a lousy product! Ordered one and it broke within about 6 weeks. Received a second as a warranty replacement and it broke even faster. But Anhem doesn't apply any warranty to the replacement, so I am left with nothing. Weakest warranty policy I have ever seen, and obvious the product is a piece of crap since two of them broke in under 2 months. Can't say enough poor things about this product and its warranty.

When it had an issue, we offered an additional replacement for a small $5.95 processing fee (plus shipping), along with other solutions in line with industry standards, but understand you chose not to move forward with those options.
