Hello! Unlike our Apple Watch bands which are universal, the Apple Watch cases are size specific and you have to order the exact Apple Watch size that you have for the case to fit. We are one of the few retailers that still offer free exchanges and you are most welcome to request one below:

How does our exchange process work?
We will send you a free return shipping label to send the products back to us. Once it is received here, our return team will need a few business days to sort and process the returns. A new order will be created for you with your new items which will be shipped for free with no tracking. If you'd like to add tracking to your replacement order, just let us know and we can add tracking (you just pay for the shipping label) so that you can track and ensure its delivery.

Like the case. Fits pretty good and looks great. The only issue is limited access to the button on left.

We also see that you paired your cover up with our woven band and we think it looks great.For durable covers, it does add a slight thickness to the watch but it is minimal and the buttons do still work. If you prefer a cover that is super low profile and thin, our TPU cover is a great option.
