        Q: How do I return or exchange a product?
        A: You can request a return/exchange through our return portal. It will have an FAQ and instructions for you as well.

        Q: How long until I receive my order?
        A: Domestic orders will require 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, & ship your order. Once shipped, orders will be shipped via the shipping services chosen at check-out. Total average delivery time is 5-7 days from the time the order is placed, to the time it reaches your door. International orders can take up to 7-21 days to be delivered once shipped. These shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

        Q: How do I track my order?
        A: Once you place your order, we immediately send you order & tracking updates! If you opt in for our SMS updates, we will text you tracking updates directly to your phone every time your tracking is updated. If not, we will send you automatic updates directly to your e-mail. 

        Q: My tracking says my order was delivered, but it wasn't. Where is my package?
        A: Please allow 1 extra business day after the date of delivery. USPS delivers large volumes of packages a day and sometimes they run into delays. 99% of the time, they will have it correctly delivered to you the next day.

        Q: I sent an e-mail but have not gotten a response after 24 hrs?
        A: We do our best to reply as soon as possible but If you have not received a reply within 24hrs (longer during peak seasons & holidays), then please check your spam folder and/or add "team@anhem.tech" to your contact list and send your e-mail again.  We promise if we received your e-mail, we will respond as soon as possible.

        Q: My Apple Watch band is too heavy, can I return?
        A: Keep in mind that when you adjust or remove links, the weight of the band will be decreased.  If it is still too heavy, you may return through our return portal.

        Q: How do I save my cart for later?
        A: Simply create an account! When you log in on different devices, your entire shopping cart will be saved for your convenience.

        Q: Do you offer warranty on your products?
        A: Our products come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, but does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear.

        Q: Can you remove watch links for me?
        A: We now offer a watch band adjusting service on our store. The service is for removing links only. If you need extra links, you can contact us at team@anhem.tech.

        Q: Will my old Apple Watch bands fit the new Apple Watch Series 4/5/6?
        A: Yes, they will! Our Apple Watch bands are interchangeable. The 42mm bands are interchangeable with the new 44mm bands and the 38mm bands are interchangeable with the new 40mm bands.

        Q: How to change Apple Watch bands?

        Q: How do I know which Apple Watch band size or cover I need to order?
        A: You will need to determine which Apple Watch model you have, and use that information to order the corresponding watch band size or covers.

        Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong product (or size), what can I do?
        A: Don't worry! If your order hasn't shipped out yet, contact us at team@anhem.tech and we will be happy to fix it for you, otherwise you can request an exchange through our exchange portal.

         Q: Is my payment safe?
        A: 100% safe! We are certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
