How to Adjust Anhem Watch Bands
Is your adjustable Anhem Watch Band too large? You can remove or add links with the free adjusting tool that came with your watch band (while supplies last). Just follow these simple instructions to remove links. These instructions are the same for most watch band types and not just for Apple Watch bands. If you have a Samsung Gear band or FitBit band, the instructions will work for them as well.
1. Place the band upside down in the tool and align the handle pin with the pin hole located on the side of the band (arrows should face away from the handle). Gently but firmly, twist the handle toward the band until the pin releases. If the pin is not budging, you may be using the tool the wrong side. Flip the band around or try a different link. It does not require much force to remove the pin at all.
***If you are adjusting a ceramic band (there are no arrows, but process is the same), you will apply the tool to the side of the band that has a small pinhole in the middle of the rod. Be mindful that these rods will have an end cap piece that comes off the end and do not lose them.
2. Repeat step 1, until you have successfully removed the desired amount of chain-links to fit your wrist.
3. To reinstall the pins, insert them in reverse (toward the arrows) into the watch band.
4. Place the watch band back into the tool (with the arrows facing the handle). Line up the handle pin with the piece of pin that's still sticking out from the band, and slowly turn the handle inward so that it pushes the pin back in and flush with the band.
NOTE: If you are unsure about adjusting your watch band, you can purchase our watch band adjustment services and we will conveniently adjust your watch band to your specifications before shipment. You can add that service to your cart here.
