Turn off your watch
Wet wipe the screen to remove dust, dirt, & grime
Dry wipe the screen to remove excess moisture
Use sticker to remove any leftover dust or lint
Peel off the backing of the protector & carefully align the glass
Firmly but carefully press around the edges to seal the glass
Turn on your watch

Anhem's 1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

THE BASIC COVERAGE:

Anhem products are warranted against defects from manufacturing, materials, & workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Anhem will not cover defects relating to product servicing not performed by Anhem.
Anhem will not cover defects due to improper or unreasonable use or maintenance which includes but not limited to: failure to follow operating instructions; accidents; tampering; altering; etc.
Anhem will not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, which include but are not limited to: cosmetic damages (scratches and dents) unless failure has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
ANHEM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES in connection with the use of any Anhem product, including (but not limited to) device damage, data loss, or loss of use of any product.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential, damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY:

If a manufacturing defect has occurred in any Anhem product, and a valid warranty claim is received within the (1) warranty period, Anhem, at its sole discretion will: (1) Repair or replace the defective part(s) with new or refurbished parts; (2) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product (a product that has been restored back to its original specifications to be "like new"); or (3) Replace the product with another product that is of the same or similar style and price (applicable to out of stock and/or discontinued products). Replacements with the same color is not guaranteed. Replacement or repaired Products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Warranty claims must be filed by the customer within the (1) year warranty period. We may ask you to send us a photograph of your Product (defect) to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may ask that you return the product to Anhem for inspection and/or repair. Anhem reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee when evaluating and fulfilling any warranty claims.

Q: How do I return or exchange a product?
A: You can request a return/exchange through our return portal. It will have an FAQ and instructions for you as well.

Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Domestic orders will require 1-3 business days to prepare, pack, & ship your order. Once shipped, orders will be shipped via the shipping services chosen at check-out. Total average delivery time is 5-7 days from the time the order is placed, to the time it reaches your door. International orders can take up to 7-21 days to be delivered once shipped. These shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you place your order, we immediately send you order & tracking updates! If you opt in for our SMS updates, we will text you tracking updates directly to your phone every time your tracking is updated. If not, we will send you automatic updates directly to your e-mail.

Q: My tracking says my order was delivered, but it wasn't. Where is my package?
A: Please allow 1 extra business day after the date of delivery. USPS delivers large volumes of packages a day and sometimes they run into delays. 99% of the time, they will have it correctly delivered to you the next day.

Q: How do I save my cart for later?
A: Simply create an account! When you log in on different devices, your entire shopping cart will be saved for your convenience.

Q: Do you offer warranty on your products?
A: Our products come with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, but does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear.

Q: How do I adjust my watch band?

Q: Can you adjust my watch band for me?
A: We now offer a watch band adjusting service on our store. The service is for removing links only. If you need extra links, you can contact us at team@anhem.tech.

Q: Will my old Apple Watch bands fit the new Apple Watch Series 4/5?
A: Yes, they will! Our Apple Watch bands are interchangeable. The 42mm bands are interchangeable with the new 44mm bands and the 38mm bands are interchangeable with the new 40mm bands.

Q: How do I know which Apple Watch band size or cover I need to order?
A: You will need to determine which Apple Watch model you have, and use that information to order the corresponding watch band size or covers.

Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong product (or size), what can I do?
A: Don't worry! If your order hasn't shipped out yet, contact us at team@anhem.tech and we will be happy to fix it for you, otherwise you can request an exchange through our exchange portal.

Q: Is my payment safe?

We proudly ship all orders from Southern California, USA.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $45 within the US & Canada. If your order is under $45, shipping will be a flat rate of $4.49 regardless of the size and weight of your order. We also offer expedited 1 Day shipping calculated at check-out for more urgent orders. For all other countries, USPS First Class International shipping services will be used.

Logistics

Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 business days of purchase and delivered within 1-3 business days of being shipped out depending on your chosen shipping method. However, sometimes there are delays due to outside circumstances or during peak holiday seasons that we cannot help. Although rare, orders during this time may take up an extra 1-2 days to process. If it takes any longer than that, we will do our best to contact you and keep you updated as to when your order will be shipping out. Average delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of purchase to delivery.

Tracking Information

All orders will be provided a tracking number for your convenience. Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 24 hrs for tracking to be available. All orders are treated with the utmost detail and urgency in assuring the quickest delivery possible.

Shipping Times

Most products are shipped from our Southern California location, as well as from our New Jersey location. On rare occasions, we may ship directly from our manufacturer over seas to keep up with demand. Most items will be delivered within 4-7 days business days from the shipping date unless otherwise stated on the product page or during peak Holiday seasons. Should your order be lost, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped out. In the instance there is a delay in your delivery time, we will contact you to update you with any information or options that we can provide. Keep in mind, that delivery times are only estimates, and are not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers living outside of the United States may incur additional charges when the package arrives at the destination country. You may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties that may be required by your country.

Anhem has no control over customs and other local taxes and we aren't able to tell you exactly how much you will be charged as these taxes widely vary dependent on each individual country.

Keep in mind that in most cases custom fees will not apply, but when they do, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees.

Generally like them…

These are precisely made and fit over the face of my Apple Watch perfectly. Take time to practice mounting them before you peel off the backing, so you know how to align them just right. After several weeks, I noticed mine had cracked, and to be fair, I had done a lot of yard work and work in the garage, and the cover probably protected the face of my watch. I just went to install a backup I bought. The installation went well, but as I went to smooth it with some thumb pressure, the new one cracked. So, for now, my bad. I’ll order a new one and see.

Hello, generally screen protectors should not be used with any other bumper covers as most covers apply too much pressure. Also, when applying the glass, you should only apply light pressure to the edge of the glass (that is where the adhesive is). Great watch protector

I recently purchased an Apple Watch 4 for which I needed watch face protection. I got this tempered glass watch protection in clear color. It works great and does not distract from the color of the watch. Great item!

They do not work

Pops off easy and you completely loose the ability to use the screen. Product needs improvement. Finding tempered glass for the apple watch at a good price is proving impossible.
