The bracelet design is nice although I would've preferred the double chains to be a slightly smaller in circumference. I've only tried it on at home so I don't know how well the metal bracelet will hold up over time (discoloration, breakage, etc.). There are links in the middle of the chain that are designed as a clasp. You can just unclip as many of those links as needed to get the right fit. No tools required. However, I unclipped all of them and it was still too large for my wrist. My wrist is on the small side of "normal" but I was surprised it wouldn't fit since I don't have a dainty wrist. I'm keeping the band - mostly because it's not worth the hassle of returning. It dangles down at the end of my wrist (top of my hand) so it's not exactly the fit I wanted but it's acceptable. I reached out to Customer Service at Anhem with a few questions and they are very responsive! I truly appreciated the quick replies and assistance. Based on my experience, Anhem is a reputable company with good products and excellent customer service.

I received two beautiful bands from Anhem; unfortunately, the bands were too small for my wrist. The bands were very pretty. I returned the items and the customer service team was responsive and kind. They were also timely in refunding my purchase price. I hope to purchase other items in the future from them. I thank the customer care team for their help. Overall, I would recommend this company.
